Collegiate Housing International
Collegiate Housing International Centralia is a purpose-built student residence located just three blocks from the Centralia College campus in Centralia, Washington. Completed in 2023, the development provides fully furnished student housing designed to bring the convenience and community of a traditional collegiate living experience to students attending Centralia College. Each suite includes four bedrooms with shared kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating an environment that balances privacy with opportunities for connection and community.
Revival Architects worked to create a functional and welcoming residential environment centered around the unique needs of student life. Bedrooms include dedicated sleeping, study, storage, and bathroom spaces, while spacious common areas give residents room to cook, eat, relax, and spend time together. A larger community room provides additional space for group study, meetings, movie nights, and social activities, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on building connections beyond the classroom.
The project represents an important addition to Centralia College and the surrounding community, expanding access to dedicated student housing within a short walk of campus. Its thoughtful combination of private residential spaces, shared amenities, and community-focused gathering areas creates a supportive environment for students throughout their college experience. More than simply providing a place to live, CHI Centralia was designed to help foster the friendships, independence, and sense of belonging that are an important part of campus life.
