The three-story building utilizes a durable precast concrete podium at the ground level to accommodate retail and commercial tenant spaces, with two stories of wood-frame residential construction above. This hybrid structural system provides long-term durability for the commercial level while allowing efficient, cost-effective residential construction overhead.
The development includes 20 contemporary apartment homes positioned above the retail level, offering residents expansive views of the Wenatchee River and surrounding Cascade Mountains.
